Your “have no idea” is Five-leaf Akebia (Akebia quinata). I have it too, and LOVE it! Of course, mine isn’t blooming yet. :-) I love all your Euphorbias! I have a few, but some I want aren’t hardy here, so I grow the ones that are. Your white hyacinths sure look yellow to me! And they’re lovely! I’ll bet they smell heavenly!

Thanks Kylee! I tried looking up the Akebia online but for some reason when I Googled “climbing vine small white cream flowers” it only gave me Climbing Hydrangea results. This was much faster – you’re awesome. I agree that my white Hyacinths look a little yellow, but I wouldn’t buy a yellow one on purpose so it must be white! ;) I also have problems with a couple of the Euphorbias in my garden. Some make it over the winter and look great while others get really sad looking and die. At least they’re worth it!

wow – your magnolia is magnificent! And you just helped my identify a plant of mine – I thought I had a woodland anemone but those crazy shaped leaves and brilliant white blooms is actually Bloodroot. Thanks!!
