Here’s everything that’s blooming in my garden this September 15, 2009 – aside from the dahlias that are still blooming!
Some very nice blossoms… I especially like the squash or pumpkin blossom: one of the larger traditional vegetable flowers. Do you harvest the sunflower seeds for snacks?
This is a nice way to do a Bloom Day post. I love sunflowers. So undervalued, imo.

Jealous!!!! The only thing I have blooming right now is my banana tree's! I'm depressed by my garden…. *sniff*
Cityslipper – I wish we harvested the sunflowers. Maybe this year we'll get to them before they rot! I just love the way they look.
